Returns & Exchanges

At Herencia Clothing, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
